Nowadays many ( IT ) projects do not fulfill their desired result. This is caused by erroneous
planning, lack of knowledge of the underlying processes and lack of time even with build in buffers and spare
time. It should be possible to use these buffers in a better way if only one knows how.
Our method and tool provides a way to use these buffers in a better way what makes it possible to keep the
time schedule better.

Casetool evaluations
During my work I have been involved in using some casetools.
I like to give you my point of view on these tools. Keep in mind that there is always some subjectiveness
involved. Some like just this way of working better than that way. I tried to be as objective as
possible.

Currently I am testing an UML modeling tool from the Tigris
organisation called ArgoUML. This tool is based on Java.

Our 3dr product line is web development. It started as a hobby to support the Dutch
community in Sweden with there home page. Due to lack of time I was forced to build a Content Management
System (CMS) to provide the community with a tool to manage most of the pages themselves
this resulted in some building blocks like a password protection system and a CMS module described
on the web development overview page
